If you’ve got a big event coming up this summer—but your conditioning isn’t where you want it to be—you’re not alone. Maybe you’ve been out of training for a while. Maybe life has been busy. Maybe you’ve tried to work out on your own, but it just hasn’t stuck.

Whatever your starting point, the Summer Conditioning Accelerator is here to help you get back on track—without shame, overwhelm, or burnout.

Forget the Instagram Training Plan

This isn’t a bootcamp. This isn’t a "shred in 30 days" social media promotion.
It’s a realistic, progressive 8-week training plan designed specifically for historical martial artists, SCA fighters, LARPers and reenactors who want to:

  • Build the stamina to last through a multi-day or even multi-week event

  • Improve strength and mobility for fighting and mobilizing in armor or gear

  • Train consistently with the help of a coach

  • Strengthen and improve endurance without a crash-diet or insane expectations

  • Reconnect with their body and feel confident in their endurance

Who this Program is For

This program is specifically geared for folks who:


✔️ Do some form of fencing or reenactment fighting

✔️ Aren't working out very regularly
✔️ Don’t have a lot of time or money to spend on fitness
✔️ Want to prepare for summer tournaments, wars, or reenactments
✔️ Know that their fitness is holding them back—but don't really love working out

✔️ Want accountability and structure, not pressure or perfection
