Strength & Steel is a shared strength and conditioning program built for fencers who want their gym time to translate to the ring. Maybe you’ve lifted for fitness, aesthetics, or to build muscle before. Maybe you've tried popular fitness classes or followed an online program but don't really feel any faster or more agile in the ring - or worse yet, injured yourself from overtraining.
If you're ready to train like an athlete (but from the comfort of your own home or gym), you've come to the right place.
Forget the Muscle Magazine Training Plan
For $50/month, you’ll get three structured workouts each week, delivered through the Sprezzatura training app. Each session builds real-world performance: stronger lunges, faster recoveries, more explosive strikes, and lasting endurance under pressure.
Although a full gym is great, all you need to get started are dumbbells and/or kettlebells and a set of resistance bands... plus the readiness to run, jump, lift, and balance. Every athlete follows the same plan, progressing through cycles of strength, power, and agility together.

Who this Program is For
Strength & Steel is specifically geared for fencers who:
