SQUADFIT

Small Group Conditioning Programs

This program is built for friends or clubmates who want to level up together. Whether you’re preparing for a major reenactment event, competing soon, or just looking to train together, a custom made plan will accelerate your progress. 

 

Each 8-12 week program is customized to match your team's schedule, goals, and current fitness level — with options to keep it light and supportive, or to push hard and train like A-Tier athletes. Workouts are delivered online and utilize a custom phone app, making it easy for your fencers to stay consistent between training days. Ideal for group of 4-8 fencers.

A self-guided 12-week experience to transform your approach to HEMA training through evidence-based sports performance education. Learn about the tenets of athletic nutrition, strength and conditioning for fencing & combat sports, and more.
